Remember to start your travel fund on December. Even if you have a work that entails you to leave the country at least once a year, you still need money to explore the Philippines. You also need to start saving for a car. I know you imagine yourself going to places with your black (or red) VW. Remember to create the perfect playlist for road trips. You're gonna need it. Dear Self,
You havent drawn on your planner, made cutie clay charms (even if you've imagined LOTS of designs already) and wrote a DECENT blog for weeks now. Stop being too preoccupied with work or too tired to be inspired. You also havent taken a photo for your dA or Tumblr. Isnt it time to actually channel those motivations? I think you'll feel better afterwards and perhaps you can actually get some more work done that way.
And stop spending too much on food. Except if it's health food.

May I remind you that you have three to four pending blog posts on your travel blog which needs to be finished before you ride an airplane again and go to Malaysia. Given that you even intend to spend a day in Singapore, then you should really keep up your pace. It's great practice for your writing.

Dear Self,
I know you're sad that your family doesnt get why you want to buy your own DSLR. Sure you have Coralene and you know you enjoy taking pictures with her. But there is only so much you can do with her. You go to places and you want to beautifully capture the moment but sometimes the lighting fails. Then there's nothing you can do. You dont want to go to Egypt and end up having too few pictures to remind you how great your adventure is. So no matter what your family says, go and save up for what you want. They may think it's not a worthy investment but you know it is. You've followed them for so long. Maybe it's time to actually live your dreams. There's always a way. I hope you get accepted in that thing you applied for. But remember, it will entail more time with your computer and less time with your friends.

I suggest a tea party like Alice in Wonderland for your birthday next year. You get to wear a dress, which I know you always love. You get to eat cake, which is perfect for your sweet tooth. Plus you get to take pretty pictures with your friends. You will get so much fun in planning that party. You dont have to serve tea, perhaps iced tea will suffice. You can design your own invitation - complete with hand-drawn illustration (because you need to draw more). You can write prose or poetry inside. It can be a simple gift to yourself.
Besides, everybody knows you like Alice and fancy vintage stuff.

Also, remember that the phonetic alphabet for your third name is ZULU, OSCAR, ECHO. This is to avoid people calling you Joey, Chloe, Joe, Louie, and some other name that wont ever fit who you are.
