Letter No. 3

Dear Self,

I know you're sad that your family doesnt get why you want to buy your own DSLR. Sure you have Coralene and you know you enjoy taking pictures with her. But there is only so much you can do with her. You go to places and you want to beautifully capture the moment but sometimes the lighting fails. Then there's nothing you can do. You dont want to go to Egypt and end up having too few pictures to remind you how great your adventure is. So no matter what your family says, go and save up for what you want. They may think it's not a worthy investment but you know it is. You've followed them for so long. Maybe it's time to actually live your dreams. There's always a way. I hope you get accepted in that thing you applied for. But remember, it will entail more time with your computer and less time with your friends.

There's always a way. You know that. Just keep it in your heart that by your birthday next year, you'll be carrying a DSLR to CDO and Camiguin. It just needs a little more sacrifice.
